Danielle Pollack is a 10th-grade student at Phoenix Country Day School in Paradise Valley. She is an active equestrian competing nationally on the hunter/jumper circuit. Her current schedule consists of attending school and showing at horse shows nationally. She also runs an investment-focused club at her school.

Danielle has extensive experience in entrepreneurship, founding “Sparkleicious Slimes” at the age of 10. Her slime company partnered with the Be Kind People Project, a large non-profit focused on dealing with bullying issues in schools.

During the pandemic, Danielle took on another business, The Pony Provisions. The Pony Provisions focused on the production of gourmet horse treats. She sold these treats online and also with a vendor on the west coast, commonly selling at horse shows.
